We are a small, informal group exploring peace and understanding together. We always welcome newcomers. Our group meets every Monday night at 6:30 pm in the Nichols Library at Church. We share a brief reading, have a partly guided/partly silent meditation for 30-40 minutes and enjoy some quiet reflection and conversation afterward. We usually finish around 7:30 pm. All are welcome to join in. All you need to do is show up. If you have any questions, please contact the office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 781-631-1215.
Our small group gathers monthly on a Wednesday 7:00 to 9:00 pm with Rev. von Zirpolo in the minister’s study. We discover, explore, and expand our spiritual beliefs through shared discussion and reflection on readings, varied theologically and emailed to participants one week in advance. For the schedule of questions, click here. There is a $50 fee, but scholarships are available, if needed, by contacting the minister. To sign up contact the office at email@example.com or 781-631-1215.
Small Group Ministries
Small Group Ministry (SGM) is designed to foster connection and caring, to provide an avenue for personal growth, and ultimately to strengthen the fabric of our community. Each group has six to nine members and meets once or twice a month. Meetings include personal sharing and discussion of a topic designed to nurture spiritual growth. Facilitators are chosen and trained by the minister to lead the groups. Each group chooses its meeting discussion topics. Examples include gratitude, forgiveness, living with loss, music, service to others, our mothers, and living with uncertainty. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at 781-631-1215.
